This is perhaps a skirt that hunging on a hanger may seem too pompous but then you see it in Trendtation and think "oh god". You must be an artist to combine it. It's a garment that looks even better contrasted with very casual items like sneakers or flat shoes, an oversized navy tee or a loose jumper. The petticoat skirt is available in many colors, but its price of 76€ is not cheap, but leaving everyone speechless maybe is worthy.
