How to combine a maxi skirt

Hi Everybody!
Today's video is about how to combine a maxi skirt. Here's the maxi skirt that is very long. It has this elastic waist and it is the color of the season, nude. It is relatively simple to combine. Go for simple tops like this, tank tops, camis and t-shirts are good. This top has this detail at the neck so its not necessary to wear necklaces. However, wearing a lot of long necklaces together would also work well. You can also create other less basic looks using the maxi skirt.
LOOK #1
This will be a layered look. I am wearing a T-shirt and a waistcoat on top. The problem is that the layers stop at different points, cutting up your figure. So, I will pull the t-shirt up to the level of the waistcoat. This will accentuate the waist area and make your legs look longer. I will add this black tie of my husband's which gives the look a more formal touch. This look is mixing a feminine and masculine feel. I will wear these brogues to make the look more compact. I could easily go to work in this look. And this cute little black bag that is great for the summer. I feel this look is a feminine version of a men's suit.
LOOK #2
Again I'm sticking well to this seasons trends with this floral print shirt. The shirt is long sleeved as I bought it for the winter, so I will roll the sleeves up. This has the effect of lengthening your figure and letting your skin breath. An advantage of the maxi skirt is it lengthens your figure. I will tuck the shirt in so that my legs appear longer. I'll add this floral belt from Spanish and Sisters. This highlights the waist area and the darker colour makes you appear slimmer at the waist. A bracelet with a little flower detail. These shoes are really comfortable, a heel like this is great if you don't like wearing high heels. The brown goes well with the belt. The nude pink goes really well with the brown. I choose a bag with a long strap to add to the effect of lengthening the figure.
LOOK #3
I choose this top because it is very fancy and it shows that maxi skirts can be worn very elegantly as well as more casual. I'll wear these heels, you could go for more party shoes but I don't have any. This simple bag again, I need to go shopping. To add a bit of a hippy touch to the look I'll wear this headband.
